By using our services you agree to:

2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking.
3. Provide safe, reasonable access to the property for technicians.
4. Follow technician recommendations for safety and effectiveness.

Misuse of services (e.g., false bookings or interfering with staff) is prohibited.

Appointments

Book via phone, email, or website. Confirmations are provided using the communication method you choose.

Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Payments

Payment terms are provided during booking or on the invoice. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers where available. Late payments may result in fees or suspension of services.

We aim to deliver high-quality results, but outcomes may vary because of environmental and structural factors.

• Warranties, if any, are detailed on your invoice or service agreement.
• Exclusions include damages from negligence, misuse, or external factors beyond our control.
• Permanent elimination of pests or plumbing faults may require follow-up or ongoing maintenance.

FixitFusion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., business downtime, loss of revenue).

Our maximum liability, if proven, is limited to the amount paid for the particular service at issue.

We select products and methods that minimise risk to people, pets, and the environment. Please inform technicians of allergies, health conditions, or other safety concerns before service begins and follow any post-service instructions.

We collect personal data to manage appointments, invoices, and service records. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information if required by law. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in New York, United States.
